The people that want Nintendo's hardware for things like ease of use and portability are still going to want their latest system.īut bringing their games over to PC opens up a whole new market of enthusiasts. Nintendo is never going to have cutting-edge, high-end hardware again.īut their games look and play so much better at high resolutions and frame rates.Įmulation is a nice option to have, but a native PC version would be so much better than the hassle of ripping games, complex setups, and needing ridiculous specs to achieve mediocre performance. Just a few days ago, I was left with the room spinning for hours after I stopped playing TotK. The only thing worse than BotW for me has been certain VR experiences. I struggle to play Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom on the Switch as they give me severe motion sickness.
